Star City Riverside Hotel By Haviland - Da Nang

The breakfast was a highlight- the omelettes were on point, and the fruit was fresh. The view from the 11th floor during breakfast was just beautiful. Super clean rooms and the staff were really good. Would definitely come back 🌟

The hotel staff obviously have no clue about customer service. The room wasn't ready, and broken lights made it a joke. I expected complimentary snacks for all this trouble, but nothing. I almost left a good review, but, just couldn't with such an unkempt place! A bit rude if you ask me, really spoils the stay.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a beach area, short walk to center, the market and the malls and taxi or other transportation. The location was magnificent, for example, Cgv was at walking distance from the venue. No complains at all, we greatly enjoyed staying in this place.

Breakfast isn't excellent, running low on options near start time. Some rooms don't have windows, which can feel a bit claustrophobic. The walk to the city center or beach is lengthy, about 40 minutes.

This place was a proper fit for a cursory stop in Da Nang with definitely value for money. The staff were friendly and helped me find local dining options, made my stay more enjoyable. Make sure to ask about nearby attractions as the area isn't very walkable.

I loved waking up to the beautiful riverside view and the cozy decor in my room. The sun terrace was a perfect spot to unwind, and the lovely garden area added a nice touch for relaxation. I wish the rooftop restaurant was open during my stay, but it didn’t put a damper on my experience. If you’re planning a trip, definitely book the river view rooms for an amazing vista! 🌊

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a clean atmosphere and great Wi-Fi connectivity, making it easy to plan our explorations with convenience, as it is only 10 km from the airport.

The staff here are extremely friendly, the room with a view of the river is well-equipped including an electric kettle, fridge, and glassware, and the decor is beautiful with the added convenience of a bidet.

I liked having WiFi and coffee in my room, that was a nice touch. Being so close to everything was super convenient 👌.

My deluxe river view room was truly deluxe, with breathtaking views of the river. The Air Restaurant and Bar on the 11th floor offered stunning views as well, and the complimentary Pho from 9pm until 11pm was a delightful surprise. The hotel also provided free trips to Hoi An and a shuttle service into the city. The staff, especially Ly Ly and Kieu on reception, were exceptional and went above and beyond to make my stay special.

Very nice river view room with a free foot massage. The staff were great too make our stay special. The hotel's rooftop restaurant and bar offered fine views of the town. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.
